A Message from Our Founder & CEO

Imagine playing a pivotal role in determining what direction every marketing and sales initiative will go within a company… Analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on every single KPI, ROAS, CPL, CPC, and LTV to reach optimal performance.

You will be entrusted to create and deliver accurate and timely analysis reports across a variety of marketing and sales media channels, (becoming a trusted advisor to the CEO and Marketing Director by providing your strategic guidance for any and all data driven decisions).

You’ll get to work alongside a high-performing marketing team and support them in conducting continuous testing and analysis to increase lead volume, improve conversion rates, reactivate existing clients, and attract new clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, the marketing team, and external agency to ensure data and insights are being leveraged across teams and communicated effectively 
  • ​Build, track, analyze and report on outcomes against key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital advertising platforms including Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • ​Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improving custom built internal applications 
  • ​Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
  • ​Work with other teams on project-wide efforts; show leadership in design and product direction discussions
  • Analyze customer journeys and investigate pinch points
  • ​Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, websites, funnels) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads, and clients 
  • Create, maintain and report on all metrics (internal databases/external data sources) within the grand scope of all marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
  • ​Identify key avatars and target audiences for each particular media campaign in progress and for future initiatives
  • ​Create, maintain and update all data analytic processes and procedures (SOPs)
  • Analyze A/B tests for different marketing media, and be able to report on each moving part in a campaign at the granular level
  • Understand the marketing and sales strategies for each channel including the data sets necessary to complete your analysis and procure them accordingly
  • Run ad hoc analysis upon request and provide actionable insights with recommendations for next steps

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • ​5+ years of digital marketing analytical experience
  • ​Experience in manipulating large data sets into easily digestible tables and graphs
  • ​Experience analyzing data collected from various sources
  • ​Ability to communicate complex information and technical data to audiences ranging from Managers to C-suite executives for decision making purposes
  • ​Excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • ​Extremely organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • ​Knowledge of overall digital marketing landscape and KPIs
  • ​Ability to synthesize and communicate organizational performance clearly based on information from disparate sources through oral and written formats
  • ​Leverage critical thinking and logic into data sets

Compensation & work expectations:

Full-time. Competitive with bonus and growth opportunities.

Must be able to work Central time hours M-F and reside in the U.S.
