Imagine being responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of every pivotal project and initiative within the company to move it forward.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Working closely with the CEO and marketing team to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals
  • Lead the planning and implementation of all company events and projects
  • ​Use and manage project management tools and systems
  • Use current SOPs and continue to build all areas of SOPs for all project and company roles
  • ​Set up standardized company communications system(s) 
  • Set up and test all project automations
  • ​Collaborate on project scope with marketing, sales, designers, copywriters, project lead, the goals, timelines and deliverables 
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements and determine which team members will be on what seat
  • Review full scale project plans and build implementation team, timelines and responsibilities
  • Manage project resource allocation
  • ​Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • ​Provide direction and support to project team
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to leadership team
  • ​Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • ​Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results- Post Mortem Report
  • ​Set up project dashboards and tracking
  • ​Review website, funnel pages and automations for proper set-up and functionality
  • ​Test and quality check all automations are set up properly as designed and specified
  • ​Well versed in how multiple online applications integrate together to create a seamless online experience for consumers

Required Experience:

  • 4+ years in project management
  • 3+ years experience in marketing
  • ​4+ years experience in a leadership position (managing others effectively)

Desired Software Knowledge

  • Funnel Building and Website integration software (Such as Clickfunnels, Leadpages, Go High Level)
  • CRMs (Such as Active Campaign, Ontraport, Infusionsoft- KEAP)
  • Project Management Software (Such as Teamwork Project Management, Monday, Asana)

Compensation & work expectations:
